Do you know that human body have an energy ( Chemical, biology energy) well if we see our car, it's need a fuel to generate a fire spark that can move the piston. This piston will drive an kinetic power to make a largest power and when it continuosly moving, the weight also can be moved just by a simple liquid fuel. So, how about our body, didn't our heart need any energy. Where does this energy come from. Do you know thay our heart was generate by an electricity. this energy is the pure energy that we can never feel it nor touch or apply it unless we practise with special training. What is the benefit to do this training or maybe we can call it an idiot experiment. Well, there's no great intention research about this but i can assure you many thing can change dramaticly when you are practiticing the exercise.
